A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
Meet Your Inspector
Joshua Stoltz
My name is Josh Stoltz and I am the proud owner of Cornerstone Home Inspecting. I have many years of experience in the construction industry, and I am a certified home inspector through InterNACHI, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors.
I pride myself in giving thorough inspections of my client's homes and educating them on how their home or building works, how to maintain it, and how to save building energy. Buying, selling, and maintaining a house is stressful, and I do my best to make my part in the process stress free by answering any questions you may have and giving you a detailed report. My goal is to leave my clients with a confident understanding of their house.
At Cornerstone Home inspecting, we go above and beyond by using state-of-the-art technology during our inspections. We proudly utilize infrared technology during every home inspection to help identify leaks, energy loss, environmental hazards, and other methods so that you can get the fullest experience from your inspection.
